This unpleasant fellow grinds his armored knee into the citizens below as he scours the landscape for his next conquest. Thankfully, it’s not the real Lord Recluse but a hand painted resin statue that stands at a height of 23cm. These statues are incredibly rare and have never been sold at retail in North America. Word has it that the full run of 1200 was never made, this one doesn’t even have a sticker on the base indicating a number.

You may have seen this mini villain in the background of developer office photos. One of these bad boys was auctioned off on eBay in 2007 when NCsoft put a collection of items up to raise money for Child’s Play. Another is known to have been sold on the auction block at the 2009 Child’s Play Charity Dinner Auction.

The statuette comes in ten pieces. Lord Recluse comes attached to the cityscape base with his flowing cape and vicious appendages as slotted attachments. It was removed from a sealed box for photographs and repacked.
