City of Heroes Costume Card – Rikti Mentalist – NYCC 2010

by Mr. Wentworth on November 28, 2010

This costume change power was given out at the New York Comic Con in October of 2010 at the NCsoft Meet & Greet in New York City, New York. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account.

With this costume change power you can transform into a Rikti Mentalist at any time and subjugate your friends and foes with your newly found Rikti appearance! Go on a rampage or save lives under the guise one of the biggest enemies Paragon City and the Rogue Isles have ever known! Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
