City of Heroes Costume Card – Praetorian PPD – PAX Prime 2010 (Lot 2)

by Mr. Wentworth on November 28, 2010

This costume change power was given out at PAX Prime in September of 2010 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center. One code permanently unlocks this power on all characters (Heroes and Villains, current and future) for one account.

With this costume change power you can dress up as a Paragon Police Officer at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
