This costume change power was given to people who attended the inaugural event of Hero Con on October 18th, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Santa Clara, California. Each registered attendee received a card with the power along with their attendee packet.

With this costume change power you can dress up as a Harlequin at any time. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stealth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
