Bidding in the 2012 Real World Hero Charity Auction has concluded. Thank you to all of the generous donors who have made this auction possible. The donation drive is still just getting started, though. There will be more events and activities to participate in through December 15th. If you were not a winning bidder in the auction, please consider a donation to charity regardless.

Here’s how our auction will work:

• Auction bidding will be open from 9:00pm PST on Thursday, November 1st, 2012 until 9:00pm PST on Saturday, November 10th, 2012.
• View the auction items listed below. Click on a photo or the ‘bid’ button to read the item description and see additional photos of the item. This year, each auction winner will receive a special Commemorative Unity Rally Patch along with their item lot. (The individual patches in the auction will not receive a second patch.)
  
• Place a bid by using the ‘Bid Here’ button above the item description. Be sure to include a valid email address for us to contact you if you have a winning bid.
• Others may outbid you, so keep watching the auction until it ends. You will receive an email if you have been outbid and can add your email to the watch list to receive bid alerts as well.
• After the auction closes, winning bids will be contacted via email with the good news and instructions.
• Winners will be instructed to make a donation to their choice of one or more of our event charities totaling the amount of their winning bid WITHIN 3 DAYS and email their donation receipt(s) as proof of payment, allowing us to authorize shipment of the auction item they have won.
• If an item winner fails to respond and/or confirm their proof of donation before the 3 day period expires, then the next highest bidder will be contacted as the new winner and they will receive the same 3 day period in which to make their donation, until the item is claimed by a paid bid.
• Auction winners will be asked to pay shipping on their item(s). Shipping will be paid separately from the charitable donation and will be calculated on the destination. Most auction items will be shipped from Northern California. Please await contact regarding your shipping payment after the conclusion of the auction.

• Winning bidders please wait for email instructions from Real World Hero on how to pay for the item(s) you have won.

•  Some auction items include game codes which can no longer be applied to game accounts. These are collector’s item only.
