Once again there have been many generous donations for the auction from the devs and players alike. An enormous thank you to all of you!
Here’s how our auction will work:
- Auction bidding will be open from 9:00pm EST on Friday, December 2nd, 2011 until 9:00pm EST on Friday, December 9th, 2011.
- View the auction items listed below. Click on a photo or the ‘bid’ button to read the item description and see additional photos of the item.
- Place a bid by using the ‘Bid Here’ button above the item description. Be sure to include a valid email address for us to contact you if you have a winning bid.
- Others may outbid you, so keep watching the auction until it ends. You will receive an email if you have been outbid and can add your email to the watch list to receive bid alerts as well.
- After the auction closes, winning bids will be contacted via email with the good news and instructions.
- Winners will be instructed to make a donation to their choice of one or more of our event charities totaling the amount of their winning bid WITHIN 3 DAYS and email their donation receipt(s) as proof of payment, allowing us to authorize shipment of the auction item they have won.
- If an item winner fails to respond and/or confirm their proof of donation before the 3 day period expires, then the next highest bidder will be contacted as the new winner and they will receive the same 3 day period in which to make their donation, until the item is claimed by a paid bid.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Winning bidders please wait for email instructions from Real World Hero on how to pay for the item(s) you have won.
